Shipping policy

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.

Epoxyfloorsbismarck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping times and rates are calculated by UPS and based on the delivery location of the item.

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping via UPS, although we are unable to control taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. If a package is sent back to us due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund.

Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

ROUTE

Route is available for purchase at checkout to protect your parcel against loss, theft and damage. Claims need to filed directly through to Route. If Route is declined at checkout, Epoxyfloorsbismarck is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
